100 Greengate, the second of Renaker's developments. The scheme comprimises a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments totalling 349.
This development is spread over 44 storeys and is the tallest building in the city (2021/2022).
All of the apartments are designed to a very high spec with contemporary bathrooms and bespoke kitchens.

Manchester New Square is in Manchester's city centre, on the corner of Princess St and Whitworth St. It is a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Train Station. As it has a central location, New Square is surrounded by a mixture of residential properties, offices, hotels and leisure options.
